It's likely that you've already done some research into the designs you love. If not, we can help inspire you whether it be for a ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet etc. We're here to turn that design idea into a reality.

Come in for an initial consultation for us to understand what you're looking for. Once we have a clear design in mind, we will create a CAD design (computer aided design) to give you a 3D visual of what the piece will look like. Changes can be made at this stage, or if you are happy with the design we will begin the making process. 

This will then be sent into our workshop where we have a highly experienced team of jewellers and diamond setters. Your custom made piece will be made from Australian gold and conflict free diamonds. When your piece is completed, we will call you to collect your new treasure.

What is the turnaround time for a custom design?

The turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks, however please notify us if you have a specific date in mind.

Can I use my own diamond or gemstones?

Of course you can! We understand the sentimental value of your gemstones or a piece that has been handed down or gifted to you.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We do take walk-ins, however we would advise calling to make an appointment  for custom designs.

When is payment required?

We require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance on completion or collection. We also offer lay-by terms for 3 months for the balance of 50% if preferred.
